STRUCTION
Our designers convert the animations into precise CAD construction drawings.

Based on these drawings, the tools are milled or built in the mould construction following approval.

This millimetre-precise work ensures optimum product flow and fitting accuracy in the furnishings.
Creativity is the foundation for your display or counter development.
The first innovative ideas for displays, shop counters, table counters, general testers, floor stands, shopfitting, shelving and tier systems are developed in the company's own studio and then tested in a photorealistic 3D animation.
DESIGN
Our in-house metal processing also enables us to prototype metal constructions or produce special constructions ourselves at short notice and also finish them in our paint shop with the colours required.
All the series tools are produced in our tool shop with the latest machinery.
In our print shop, all materials can be printed individually using various processes
IN-HOUSE
PRODUCTION
The final tools for inserts or displays are created in our mould construction department based on the approved design drawings. The prototyping department therefore produces 1:1 samples that correspond to series production.

We will also support you in terms of the look and haptics in your project implementation with detailed, filigree mini-models.

LOGISTICS
Whether it's a full load or general cargo transport - our affiliated logistics ensures timely and sustainable shipping processing so that our products arrive at the POS undamaged either within or outside Germany.
The installation of the sales displays and the merchandising on site round off our full service for you.
We do, of course, also create all the series tools for production in our mould shop. Our highly productive thermo vacuum forming machines can handle even the largest quantities in display production.
Many products and items will then still require some fine-tuning: Individual parts are assembled, tested by hand in an expert and precise process and then carefully packed for shipment.
